"Human Desire"

みなさん、こんにちは。

このブログでは、大学4年生のマホ（Maho）が、駆け出しのライターとして、マスコミではなかなか取り上げられないけれど、本当は多くの人がシェアすべき情報を発信していく場にしたいと思います。

どんな情報を扱っていくのか…まずは、マホ（Maho）のプロフィールをご覧いただけるとありがたいです。

そして、このブログのタイトルを『-Human Desire-本当に知るべき事がら』とした理由について触れたいと思います。

マホ（Maho）は、外国語は苦手だけれど、研究テーマ上？英語を使うことがありました。そして、ある日、人災（Human disaster）の脅威について、自治体などの法的処置か何かについてプレゼンをすることになりました。

今となっては、どのような内容のプレゼンをしたかも覚えていないのですが…。また、情けないことに、当時は今以上に、英語が苦手で、「人災」について発言したつもりが「人間の欲」（Human Desire）と言ってしまったのです。しかし、本人は間違いに気づかず、教授より、「Human Desireのどこが脅威なのか？」と質問され、はじめてミスに気が付いたのです。しかし、間違いに気づいても、正しい答えもわからず、恥ずかしい思いをしました。何しろ、そもそもの話、単語を間違って記憶していたようなのです。はじめから間違っていたのだから、思い出せるはずもありません。

恥ずかしさのあまり、この言葉が頭から離れませんでした。そして、この言葉を頭で繰り返し再生している間に、ふと気が付いたのです。

「脅威…」。人間の社会で戦争や、二次災害などのHuman Disaster（人災）はもちろん多大なる脅威です。しかし、これらの人災が起こるのは、他でもない、Human Desire（人の欲）のあまりではないのか…。

戦争も人の欲、科学技術の発展により自然では発生し得ない二次災害も人の欲…。

全ては人の欲が大きいから、人災が起き、多くの人が脅威にさらされるのではないか…。

そういうことに気づかされたわけです。

そして、それからというもの、もちろんもうこの単語を間違えることはありませんが、それ以上に、Human Desireという言葉を特別視するようになりました。

このブログでも、人の欲を少しだけ抑えれば、もしかしたら世界が変わるかもしれない…そんな事がらも多く扱っていければ…と思います。

そして、私が大学生活をかけて注いできた「マイノリティの人権保護」。人権保護も、ある種、人と人の欲のぶつかり合いです。社会的正義とは、一部の人の欲を妨げるものにもなりえません。

そのような二重の意味を込めて、ブログタイトルをHuman Desireにしました。

最後に、すでに述べた通り、マホ（Maho）は外国語が苦手ですが、少しでも多くの方に私の訴えを聞いてほしいとの思いから、たまに英語の記事も挑戦しようと思います。もちろん間違いだらけだとは思いますが、恥をさらしつつ、自身の語学勉強の励みにもなれば…と思います。

Things to know absolutely

 

Hello,

I would like to share some important news which are not picked up by mass media usually, as a fledgling writer though now I am just a University 4rd grade student. Writer is maybe Japaglish (Japanese people created such as words as Japanese one originated by English.). The meaning is neither an author of books or not Journalist. It’s kind of Journalist but freelance and writes some information about minor stuffs. What kind of news will I share…? Firstly, I hope you all read my profile messages. Now I would like to teach why did I name the blog title “-Human Desire-Things to know absolutely-“.

I (Maho) am not good at languages but for my major (?) I had some opportunities to use English. Someday I needed to make a presentation something about danger of Human Disaster seen by legal arrangement from autonomous community…. In the now, I’m not sure what I presented about then.  It’s pretty pitiable but then my English score was worse than present and I thought I talked about “Human Disaster” but in fact, I said “Human Desire” as the word. However I did not noticed about the mistake by myself and my professor asked me to how the “Human Desire” becomes a danger for us and then noticed. Unfortunately I had no idea how to correct the word and felt big shame. After all, I memorized the “Human Desire” as the “Human Disaster”. How was I able to correct that!

I can’t forget the word because of too big shame. Suddenly, I noticed one thing while I replay the word in my head.

“Danger…” Surely, wars and secondly disasters are a huge disaster in the society. But the origin reason is just a huge Human Desire, isn’t it…

Wars, secondly disasters are also happened by Human Desire… I noticed such as things.

From then, I never mistake the words and more, I treat the word as a special thing.

In this blog, I would like to pick some topics up which if we save our desire each other, these issues might be well, or the world will be change.

Also that I studied about “protection of minorities’ human rights” while I’m a university student, is crash by each desires. Social justice could be walls for some people’s desires. I infuse “Human Desire” with double meanings and I titled the blog it.

Finally, I think sometimes I try to write some articles in English because I’d like to more people to know about my opinions. I know it’ll have some mistakes and be shame, but I consider the opportunity become my will to study languages… Thanks.
